A supplementary charge applies to the Bunk House, and the cost is determined by the season and duration of your stay. Kindly contact us to obtain the applicable rates.
A $500 damage deposit will be collected when the balance is due. Damage deposit will be returned within 72 hours from checkout via eTransfer.

Full refund if cancelled more than 60 days prior to check-in date
50% refund if cancelled 30 days prior to check-in date
25% refund if cancelled 14 days prior to check-in date. No refund given with less than 14 days notice.
Pet Policy
Dogs may be allowed with approval at the time of reservation. There is an additional charge of $25/night per pet. We kindly ask that all dogs are placed into kennels when left alone. Dogs are not permitted on furniture. We ask that owners pick up after their dogs.
Smoking / Vaping Policy
Blue Star Cottage is 100% Smoke / Vape Free. With cannabis legalization, includes ALL substances. All smoking / vaping must be done outdoors (screened deck not allowed).
Additional Policies
Lobsters must be cooked outdoors as the smell would linger for days and therefore affect the next rental period - damage deposit would be used to eliminate odour.
No additional camping tents or trailers are permitted on the property.
Each unit has a maximum allowable overnight occupancy. This policy is strictly enforced.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged items.
